A birth chart: name, date, hour and place, the Great Three, and a gold wheel of the zodiac

Your date is enough to begin

The hour and the place make it exact, adding your Ascendant, your Midheaven and twelve Placidus houses (Porphyry beyond the polar circles). The place comes from an offline search of 34,813 cities, and the hour is read by your birthplace's clock on that day, its time zone's history and daylight saving included.

To about an arcsecond

Positions come from a table of NASA JPL's DE441 ephemeris for 1900 to 2050, bundled in the app. The same birth always gives the same chart on every device, and your birth hour and place are never sent to an AI.

Planets, houses, traits

The Sun, Moon and Rising as engraved cards, then the personal, social and generational planets; the four angles and the eight other houses; your element, modality and ruling planet, and how the whole chart is shared between them. Every tile opens its reading on parchment.

Your symbols, and the other skies

Your sign's creature, tarot card, colour, stone and flower, your birth month's stone and flower. Then the other skies: your Chinese zodiac animal, Aztec day sign, Celtic tree and animal, and Egyptian patron. And eight affirmations, each chosen by its ruling planet's sign.

Questions about this rite

Do I need my exact birth time?

No. Your date alone draws the planets in their signs. The hour and place add the Ascendant, Midheaven and houses, and you can add them whenever you find them.

Is my birth data shared?

Your chart is drawn on your phone. Your birth hour and birthplace are not sent to any AI provider. A compatibility reading sends only the chart's positions, never the date, hour or place themselves.

Which house system does Oraclia use?

Placidus, with Porphyry beyond the polar circles, where Placidus can't be drawn.

One story

Every rite feeds the same prophecies

A rite in Oraclia is never a separate app. Your signs, cards, weeks and bonds are read together, so each one makes the others truer.
