Delete your account
You can delete your Oraclia account and everything stored under it at any time.
From the app
- Open Oraclia and tap your profile orb to open your circle.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- Sign in again to confirm it's you. Deletion starts right after, and it can't be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
Without the app
No longer have the app? Write to us from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. oraclia.help@gmail.com
What is deleted
- Your seeker profile and birth chart details
- Every dream, omen and sign you recorded, with its readings
- Your prophecies, weekly horoscopes, tarot readings and compatibility readings
- Your Seeker Rank, record of insight and amulets
- Your preferences, drafts and your sign-in account
What is kept
- The account's random identifier and the time it was deleted, with none of your content, so nothing can be written back to a deleted account from another device.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as their terms and the law require.
- Some data may stay in backups or logs for a limited period, as the privacy policy explains.
Erase your readings, keep the account
Write to us from the address you sign in with and we'll erase every sign, prophecy and reading while your account, profile and rank stay as they are. Erased readings can't be restored.
