Oraclia
Terms of Service
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Oraclia (the "App"), provided by Oleksandr Klymenko ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Oraclia Is
Oraclia is a personal-divination app that helps you record dreams and symbolic signs and weaves them into evolving, time-bound prophecies. Oraclia is intended for personal reflection, narrative entertainment, and symbolic self-exploration. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional service, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Oraclia is not a publisher, course provider, social network, or marketplace.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for using the App lawfully and for keeping your device and account access secure.
Oraclia may allow access through email/password sign-in, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or Facebook sign-in. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or device to the extent permitted by law.
3. Your Content and Symbolic Entries
You may create dream entries, omen entries, prophecy records, personal interpretations, and other narrative or symbolic data in the App.
You remain responsible for:
- the content you log, including any third-party material you describe in your entries,
- making sure your entries do not infringe the rights of others,
- complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you and to the content you create.
Oraclia does not claim ownership of your underlying personal experiences or dreams. However, you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, sync, generate prophecies from, and display the entries you create in order to operate the App.
4. Subscriptions, Donations, Trials, and Promo Codes
Some App features may require a paid subscription or accept optional donations. Prices, free trials, billing periods, and renewal behavior may vary by platform and offer.
If you purchase a subscription or donation through Apple or Google:
- billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment handling are governed by the relevant app store's rules and your agreement with that store,
- auto-renewing subscriptions must usually be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account,
- trial and renewal disclosures shown in the App are informational and do not replace the billing-store terms that apply to your purchase.
Promo codes, discounts, and similar offers:
- may have eligibility limits, expiration dates, or usage restrictions,
- may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time,
- may be unavailable in some regions, accounts, or app versions,
- have no cash value unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative versions of the App except where applicable law permits it,
- use the App in a way that interferes with its operation or other users,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data,
- use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or infringing activity,
- use the App to generate or distribute content that targets, threatens, or harms specific individuals or groups.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates risk for the App or others.
6. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the App available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, platform, or OS version.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services such as Firebase, Apple services, Google services, Facebook Login, and app-store billing infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their separate terms and policies.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Oraclia Privacy Policy:
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or free from defects.
Oraclia is intended for personal reflection and narrative entertainment. Prophecies, dream interpretations, and symbolic readings produced by the App are not predictions of future events and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions you make based on content shown in the App are made at your own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. You may also delete your account from inside the App through the "Delete account" action under Settings. The deletion flow requires reauthorization before it proceeds and is permanent. Separately, you can ask us to erase all of your readings (your signs, prophecies, horoscopes, tarot and compatibility readings, and the symbolic embeddings derived from them) while keeping your sign-in account intact, by writing to oraclia.help@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. Both are irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if necessary to protect the App, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, or discontinue the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will publish the updated version and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
