Oraclia
Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Oleksandr Klymenko ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in Oraclia (the "App").
Oraclia is a personal-divination app. It helps users record their dreams and the symbolic signs they notice during the day, and weaves those entries into evolving, time-bound prophecies about their near future. Oraclia is intended for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as your Firebase user ID, sign-in method, email address, and profile information made available by the authentication provider you choose.
- Seeker profile data you share during the onboarding ritual or later under Your circle → Profile, so Oraclia can personalize your readings. A name to be called by (any name or nickname you like) and an answer to each multiple-choice question are required — every question offers an answer such as "Prefer not to say", "Not sure", "None" or "Not for me" —; your date of birth is optional. The profile may include: the name you want to be called, gender, eye color, date of birth and the zodiac sign and age derived from it; what brings you to Oraclia and how well you know astrology; how often you notice signs in your day and which kinds (animals, repeating numbers, things on your path, words or songs, calls, the sky, coincidences), déjà vu, what you usually do with a sign and when one last stopped you; how well you remember your dreams, recurring dreams, how vivid dreams leave you and whether a dream ever came true; your relationship status and the bond you would most like read; the areas of life you seek clarity in, the changes you are living through and how you feel about what lies ahead; your interest in candles or incense, tarot, amulets, crystals and spiritual traditions; when you will record your signs, how you like your readings written (kept for now only to learn what seekers prefer), what gets in your way and the first question you bring. Until you create an account, these answers are kept only on your device; once you sign in they are stored in your user record so they follow you across devices, and you can change any of them at any time under Your circle → Profile. Answers to questions that earlier versions of the ritual asked and Oraclia no longer asks — sleep habits, inner weather, mental-health conditions and symptoms, life events, children and eye color — are deleted from your user record the next time any answer of your profile is saved.
- Where you heard of Oraclia, which the onboarding ritual asks (a social network, the App Store, a search, an AI assistant, a friend, or "I don't remember"). It is kept with your profile but not listed under Profile and never sent to the AI models. It tells us which channels bring people to Oraclia: we record it in Firebase Analytics as a user property and pass it to RevenueCat as a subscriber attribute.
- Birth chart details you choose to add during the onboarding ritual or under Your circle → Birth chart: the hour of your birth and your birthplace — the place's name, region and country, its coordinates and its time zone, picked from an atlas built into the App. Both are optional and need your date of birth. Given during the ritual before you have an account, they are kept only on your device until you sign in; then they are stored in your user record with the time you last changed them, so your chart follows you across devices, and you can change or remove either at any time from the birth chart.
- Compatibility readings you ask for under Home → Compatibility: for each, what you enter about the other person — the name you call them by, their gender (or "Prefer not to say"), what they are to you (partner, crush, friend, family, colleague or someone new), their date of birth and, if you add them, the hour and place of their birth, picked from the same atlas — with the positions of both birth charts drawn from them on your device, the scores computed from the two charts, and Oraclia's reading. Please enter someone's details only if you are comfortable sharing them with Oraclia for this purpose. Each reading is stored with your account until you delete it in the App, erase your readings or delete your account.
- Weekly tarot readings you draw under Home → Tarot: for each week, the spread you chose, the cards you drew (shuffled and picked on your device), the intention you typed if you wrote one (up to 300 characters; up to 500 for a draw made before October 29, 2026), your device's time-zone offset at the moment of the draw (so the week is counted in your own days), and Oraclia's reading. A week's reading is also that week's one draw, so it cannot be deleted on its own; it is stored with your account until you erase your readings or delete your account.
- Narrative content you create in the App, including dream entries, omen entries, prophecy records, personal interpretations, and the textual signs and reflections you log.
- Engagement data, such as Seeker Rank, Insight Points, streak-related data, prophecy lifespans, reinforcement events, and similar progression state. For the Seeker Rank this includes a record of each rite that gave you insight — its kind, the insight it gave, the rank you held and a few words of it (the title Oraclia gave the sign or reading, a line of what it said, its symbols or cards, a prophecy's verdict, the amulet a reading is sealed under) — how many signs you recorded on each of your last seven days, the forgings waiting for you at the Astral Forge, the amulets you forged with the reason Oraclia gave for each, the amulets you wear and wish for, and a list of your signs whose guidance is still sealed under an amulet (each sign's title, its intensity and when it was recorded).
- App settings and preference data, such as locale, notification settings, the daily hours you choose to meet Oraclia, onboarding flags, reminder configuration, and similar user-level configuration.
- Your vote on what Oraclia should learn next, if you cast one under Home: the option you chose and when, kept with your account so we can decide which feature to build first.
- Your device's time-zone offset (its difference from UTC, not your location), stored with each sign you record and sent when you edit one, so Oraclia counts a prophecy's window of manifestation in your own days.
- The times of the readings you started during the last day, each with the sign it was for, kept only to limit how many readings one account can start in a day and to show you how many are left; older entries are dropped as new readings are counted, and the record is deleted with your account.
- The times of the checks Oraclia made of your words during the last day — the quick look that decides whether they are a sign before a reading starts — kept only to limit how many checks one account can ask for in a day; older entries are dropped as new checks are counted, and the record is deleted with your account.
- How many times Oraclia has read this week's and next week's horoscope for you, kept only to limit the attempts one week may take; each week's count is deleted automatically a day after that week ends, erasing your readings keeps it so a week's attempts are not given back, and it is deleted with your account.
- Which compatibility readings you started in your current seven days, kept only to hold them to three: the seven days begin with your first reading and all three return when they end; the record is deleted automatically a day after they end; deleting a single reading keeps it so its place is not given back, erasing your readings deletes it with them, and it is deleted with your account.
- What you type when you search your signs or prophecies: it is sent to our Cloud Functions to answer that search and is not stored or logged.
- Subscription and donation data, such as subscription state, trial timing, purchase product identifiers, store source, and renewal/expiration timestamps needed to manage paid access.
- Diagnostics and usage data, such as analytics events (including which onboarding screens you reached and which steps of the subscription offer you saw), crash reports, device/app version data, the approximate location (about your city or region) that Firebase Analytics works out from your IP address, and limited technical information used to operate and improve the App.
- Support information, including encrypted support-log bundles that you choose to export, share, or send when contacting support.
How We Collect Information
We collect information when you:
- sign in with email/password, Google, Apple or Facebook,
- complete the onboarding ritual that builds your seeker profile or edit your answers under Your circle → Profile,
- add the hour and place of your birth to your birth chart,
- ask for a compatibility reading and enter the other person's details,
- draw your weekly tarot cards and, if you like, type an intention for them,
- log dreams, omens, signs, or other narrative entries,
- search your signs or prophecies,
- receive, reinforce, reinterpret, or close prophecies,
- enable notifications and reminder-related features,
- start, restore, redeem, or manage a subscription or donation flow,
- use the App and generate analytics or crash-reporting events,
- contact support or export logs.
The App does not ask for your device's location and does not collect its precise location. The only location it learns of is the approximate one described above.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- create and maintain your account,
- save and sync your seeker profile, dream and omen entries, and prophecy history,
- generate and evolve symbolic prophecies and personal interpretations — your sign entries, your related earlier signs, your living prophecies, the seeker profile answers you shared, and your Seeker Rank are sent together to our AI interpretation provider so each reading is written for you; unanswered profile fields are simply omitted,
- write your weekly horoscope when you ask for one — the week's sky (computed on your device from the planetary table built into the App), the seeker profile answers you shared, your two previous weekly horoscopes, and summaries of the earlier signs and the living prophecies the week echoes are sent together to our AI interpretation provider, and the horoscope is stored with your account until you erase your readings or delete your account,
- write a compatibility reading when you ask for one — both birth charts are drawn and scored on your device (yours from your date of birth and, if you added them, your birth hour and birthplace; the other person's from what you entered); the positions of both charts (their signs and degrees, never the dates, hours or places themselves), the scores, the other person's name, gender and what they are to you, and the seeker profile answers you shared are sent together to our AI interpretation provider, and the reading is stored with your account until you delete it, erase your readings or delete your account,
- write your weekly tarot reading when you draw your cards — the cards and the places they fell in, your intention if you wrote one, the week's sky (computed on your device), this week's and next week's horoscopes if Oraclia wrote them, the cards of your three previous weeks, the Sun, Moon and Rising signs of your birth chart when your date of birth is known (never the date, hour or place themselves), the seeker profile answers you shared, and summaries of the earlier signs and the living prophecies the cards echo are sent together to our AI interpretation provider (your cards and intention are also turned into a symbolic vector to find those signs and prophecies), and the reading is stored with your account until you erase your readings or delete your account,
- forge an amulet at the Astral Forge when you ask — the few words kept of each rite you lived at that rank (the titles Oraclia gave your signs and readings, a line of what each said, their symbols and cards, your prophecies' verdicts), your gender if you shared it, and the amulets you wished for are sent together to our AI interpretation provider to choose the amulet and say why it came (a new account's first forging has no rites to read, so its amulets are offered from the traditions you named in the onboarding ritual), and the amulet is stored with your account until you delete your account,
- draw your birth chart and its reading — on your device, from your date of birth and, if you add them, the hour and place of your birth, using a planetary table and a place atlas built into the App; the place search runs on your device, and your birth hour and birthplace are not sent to our AI interpretation provider or to any other third party (a compatibility reading you ask for sends only the positions of the chart drawn from them, as described above),
- schedule reminders, messages from Oraclia, and other opt-in notifications,
- deliver subscription, donation, restore, and redemption features,
- improve reliability, diagnose crashes, and understand feature usage,
- respond to support requests and investigate reported problems,
- comply with legal obligations and protect the App, users, and our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your dream or omen entries or your seeker profile to train external machine-learning models outside what is required to operate the App.
Third-Party Services
Oraclia relies on third-party services that process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on the platform and the features you use, these may include:
- Firebase Auth
- Cloud Firestore
- Firebase App Check (confirms that requests to our servers come from the genuine App: on iPhone through Apple's App Attest, on Android through Google Play Integrity; these check the device and the App installation and give Firebase a signed verdict, which carries none of your content or account details)
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Play Services
- Google Sign-In
- Sign in with Apple
- Facebook Login (when you choose Continue with Facebook, Facebook shares with the App your name, your email address if your Facebook account has one, and an identifier for you that only this App sees; on iPhone the App asks Facebook for Limited Login, and on every platform it turns off the Facebook SDK's automatic app-event logging and advertising-identifier collection — Oraclia does not use Facebook for advertising or tracking)
- Apple App Store / Google Play billing and subscription infrastructure
- RevenueCat (subscription receipt validation, restore, and entitlement management; the App passes your Firebase user id to RevenueCat as the subscription owner identifier and, once you answered it, where you heard of Oraclia as a subscriber attribute)
- OpenAI (the AI models that validate, summarize, and interpret your signs run through OpenAI's API from our Cloud Functions; the text of the sign, summaries of your related earlier signs, your living prophecies, the week's horoscope and tarot readings, the seeker profile answers you chose to share, and your Seeker Rank are sent as the reading's context — and, for a weekly horoscope, the week's sky, your chart's Sun, Moon and Rising signs, your profile answers, your previous horoscopes, the week's tarot reading and the related signs and prophecies; for a compatibility reading, the positions of both birth charts, their scores, the other person's name, gender and what they are to you, and your profile answers; for a weekly tarot reading, the cards drawn, your intention, the week's sky, your horoscopes, your previous weeks' cards, your chart's Sun, Moon and Rising signs, your profile answers and the related signs and prophecies; for an amulet forged at the Astral Forge, the few words kept of each rite you lived at that rank, your gender if you shared it, and the amulets you wished for — without your name on the account, email address, or Firebase user id)
- Your device's speech recognition (Apple's speech recognition on iPhone, the device's recognition service on Android), when you dictate a sign instead of typing it: it turns your voice into text and may process the audio on its provider's servers. The App receives only the text and does not record or store audio.
These providers may process information needed to authenticate you, store your App data, deliver and validate subscriptions, or provide analytics, diagnostics, and platform services.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Oraclia stores notification preferences and scheduling-related data so the App can deliver messages from Oraclia, prophecy updates, daily reminders at the hours you choose, weekly reminders that your horoscope or tarot cards await, word that your compatibility readings have returned, a reminder two days before a free trial ends, and similar communications. The trial reminder is scheduled on your device while your store reports a free trial that will renew, and is removed if the trial is cancelled or ends. The daily reminders are scheduled on your device from the hours kept with your account, and are removed when you sign out. The weekly and compatibility reminders are scheduled on your device, up to a month ahead, from what your account holds (the weeks you have read, when your compatibility readings return), and are removed when you sign out. Notification delivery may also depend on Apple, Google, and device-level notification services. You can disable notifications at any time under Settings → Notifications in the App or in your device settings.
Sharing Prophecy Cards and Readings
If you share a prophecy card or a sign's reading, the App draws it as an image on your device and hands it, with a short line of text, to your device's share sheet. A card is its face; a reading shows the sign's title, genres, rarity and day and the start of Oraclia's reading of it, never the words you recorded nor knowledge still sealed. Where it goes is your choice, and the app or service you pick handles it under its own terms. Saving the image to your photos asks for add-only access to your photo library; the App never reads your photo library.
Support Logs
If you choose to export or share support logs, the App prepares an encrypted support bundle before sharing it. These bundles may include technical diagnostics, app version information, device details (your device's model and system version, never the name you gave it), and redacted log content needed to troubleshoot issues.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the App, support your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Some data may also remain in backups, logs, or service-provider systems for a limited period according to operational or legal requirements.
Account Deletion and Your Choices
You can stop future collection by uninstalling the App.
You can also delete your account from inside the App at any time. Settings exposes a "Delete account" action. Confirming it deletes everything stored under your account — your seeker profile and birth chart details, every dream, omen and sign you recorded with its readings, your prophecies, your weekly horoscopes, tarot readings and compatibility readings with what you entered about the people they read, your Seeker Rank with its record of insight and your amulets, your preferences, your vote on what Oraclia should learn next and your drafts — and then your Firebase Auth account. To make sure nothing can be written back to a deleted account from another device that is still signed in to it, we keep only a record of the account's random identifier and the time it was deleted, with none of your content. The flow requires you to reauthorize before the deletion is performed (with Google, Apple, Facebook, or your email and password, depending on how you sign in) so that no one else can delete your account from an unattended device; our server carries out the deletion only right after you have signed in again. If you sign in with Apple, deleting your account in the iPhone app first withdraws Oraclia's access to your Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), so Oraclia no longer appears among the apps using your Apple ID; Apple may email you about it. Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are retained as their terms and the law require.
If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your account removes everything Oraclia stored, as described above. Facebook keeps its own record that you used it to sign in to Oraclia; to remove Oraclia from your Facebook account, open Facebook's Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose Oraclia and remove it.
To erase all of your readings while keeping your account — every dream, omen, sign, prophecy, weekly horoscope, weekly tarot reading and compatibility reading, and the symbolic vector embeddings derived from them — write to us at oraclia.help@gmail.com from the address you sign in with; your account, sign-in method, seeker profile, birth chart details and preferences stay as they are, and so do your Seeker Rank, your amulets and the record of the insight you earned — but the few words that record kept of each rite, and the reason Oraclia gave for each amulet you forged, are erased with the readings. Erased readings cannot be restored. A single compatibility reading can also be deleted from its own page; it is removed from our database at once.
If you need help with additional deletion, export, or other privacy requests, contact us at oraclia.help@gmail.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Oraclia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.
International Use
The App may be used from different countries, and information may be processed through service providers that operate internationally.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will publish the updated version at the same location and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
